Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing client accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns, and fostering strong client relationships. As an Account Director, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

- Lead and manage the accounts team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives and deadlines.

- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, ads, and technical departments, to deliver integrated solutions.

- Identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategies to achieve them.

- Prepare and present client proposals, presentations, and reports.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative and effective marketing and PR solutions.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, ideally within a digital marketing or PR agency.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.

- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
